Led by Award-winning Chef Christine Ayers, The Farmhouse team collaborates to create an unforgettable guest experience. Every dish at The Farmhouse is inspired by her depth of experience and commitment to excellence.
Executive Chef Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and forged her reputation as a culinary artist with outstanding mentors in the finest kitchens in Manhattan, including Restaurant Daniel, and in New Jersey at the Ryland Inn. She is a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Rebecca comes to The Farmhouse with a trove of experience and a passion for her job. “I love what I do,” says Rebecca, and she has proven it. Rebecca uses her skills to guide clients to optimize their events, and to accomplish their goals.
“From the first touch,” says Rebecca, “I listen to who Farmhouse couples are, and their plans for all of the special moments they have dreamed of for their weddings. It is my privilege to honor their vision. I work with a broad range of social clients to make their celebrations unforgettable. Corporate clients demand cutting edge technology for business presentation, all day meetings and breakout sessions, team building and fundraisers. I meet their expectations, and then some.”
Rebecca has worked with trendsetters including David Tutera and The Cake Boss for clients as diverse as Sir Richard Branson and Bruce Springstein. Formerly the Director of Catering at The Architects Golf Course, Landmark Properties and The Bernards Inn, she now dedicates herself to Farmhouse Couples, social and corporate clients.
Brittney pairs an array of organizational skills with a passion for catering events to support and guide Farmhouse clients.
“Catering is my passion,” says Brittney. “Meeting with clients, hearing their vision and collaborating with them throughout the planning process to bring their dream to fruition keeps me driven and dedicated to them. I have worked countless events, ranging from intimate dinners to extravagant galas. I thoroughly enjoy experiencing events with diverse cultures and nationalities. They allow me to continue to learn about new traditions and expand my knowledge.”
