Harvesting the Back Forty

The first harvests have already come in! June brought snow peas, sugar snap peas, spring onions, baby carrots, spinach, mint, and asparagus, spring onions, turnips and beets.

We are coming up on kohlrabi, yellow, green and purple string beans, chili peppers, arugula, spinach and our herbs: thyme, cilantro, basil, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, sage and lemon verbena, and our second helpings of spring onions, turnips, beets and baby carrots. You’ll see them throughout the Farmhouse menu through the summer.
