Wednesday Night Music Series: Slack Jaw

June 29, 2016

On June 29, 2016 Slackjaw played The Farmhouse before an appreciative crowd that rocked the night away. The blues/rock band from Northern New Jersey was founded by John Thompson (Lead Guitar/Vocals) and Randy Marinelli (Drums). They have created a band with a style all their own. With influences such as Joe Bonamassa, Gov’t Mule and Gary Moore all the way to BB King, Eric Clapton and Buddy Miles, Slackjaw has made an impact on the local music scene. Carl Capodice (Bass Guitar) joined the band and now Slackjaw has a brand new sound that mixes hard rock’n blues with a touch of funk and dab of soul.

Slackjaw’s self titled debut CD is now available on CD Baby and most of the other music download sites!
