Tonight we hosted the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) BEER AND WINE AND EVERYTHING FINE meeting for Sales Directors, Managers, Event Planners, Catering Professionals, Staffing Agencies, and Entertainment Professionals. These industry insiders enjoyed three courses of refined farm to table fare paired with beer and wine tastings. We focused on our dedication to the Farm to Table movement and how healthy eating and sustainability are impacting the hospitality industry. The Greater New Jersey NACE Chapter participants also toured property to learn more about The Farmhouse’s 300+ years of history.
