Beyond Benedicts

The classic eggs Benedict is a staple on brunch menus everywhere. At The Farmhouse we have taken Benedicts to another level. The Maryland and the Norwegian are gluten free.

Ranchero Benedict

Poached eggs, grilled chorizo, refried beans, texas toast, diablo hollandaise

Maryland Benedict

Poached eggs, crab cakes, Old Bay hollandaise

Norwegian Benedict

Poached eggs, potato pancakes, smoked salmon, dill hollandaise

TIP: For perfect poached eggs, add white distilled vinegar to the poaching water. 2 quarts of water to 1 tablespoon vinegar
